Company Agents are individuals who simply wish to use their marketing and business development resources and capabilities in their city/country to develop new business and be rewarded for regularly referring customers to Vizocom. Company Agents will refer and introduce new customers to Vizocom, and Vizocom will handle the sales engagement process with the customer.

Resellers are small to medium size ICT companies who can respectably represent Vizocom in their own countries. Resellers do not necessarily possess their own infrastructure nor do they have a Customer Support Center but they are capable of “reselling” Vizocom’s services to their own prospective customers and do so with Vizocom’s support. Resellers receive preferred prices and pass on to their customer. The Reseller is the contracting party to the end user, but in specific situation Vizocom might lead and use the Reseller as a local subcontractor. They can brand themselves as a Vizocom Affiliate and advertise as such.
Value Added Resellers have their own support infrastructure and will contract their customers under their own name. VARs sell Vizocom’s products and services to their established customer base. VARs are focused on delivering high quality services and solutions to their customers, and they will resell Vizocom’s equipment and/or services, and will handle installations and support. Vizocom will help VARs win new business by providing preferred pricing as well as sales support.
