Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update/maintain, and execute Account Plans for growing business with large enterprises with a priority to government and defense industry.
  • Promote company capabilities across potential and current customers
  • Establish, update/maintain, and progress a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Establish, update/maintain, and execute call plans for developing and capturing new business
  • Plan and record all activities within a customer relationship management system
  • Lead and participate in capture management activities for business opportunities
  • Coordinate teaming arrangements with relevant companies in support of opportunity advancement and capture
  • Participate in proposal activities, including but not limited to collaborating with others, providing verbal and written input, reviewing responses, and delivering proposal packages
  • Identify and participate in events, forums, and other exchanges that further the company brand and opportunity development
  • Work within a budget for development activity, inclusive of bid and proposal efforts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and sales targets

Position Requirements:

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
  • 10+ years technology selling experience (outside sales) with a minimum of 5 years in the assigned region
  • A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
  • Proven ability to sell solutions to enterprise customers and service providers
  • Strong verbal and writing presentation skills (communications)
  • A proven track record of quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Experience in closing large deals.
  • Selling experience must include the following :
    • Fiber and VSAT Services
    • IT Services such as LAN, Wireless, Video and Voice
    • Professional and Technical Services
